Add AJAX functionality to my current site

Notice when you click each tab, the page does a full refresh, and only the content in the middle really changes. I would like this to be made asynchronous so a full page refresh is not needed and only the posts in the center div area updates.

The site was built using Hotaru CMS (now called Baker CMS).
