Affiliate Offer Mod for joomla

This project is simple for those very familar with how to code joomla modules and plugins. I am looking to code a Affiliate Offer section to my site. The Walk Through A member logs in and goes to a offers page. From this offers page he/she is presented with a list of offers (In which are added from the admin panel). When click they are taken to the offers url. After they complete the offer, they can submit it to a PENDING STATUS where the admin can approve it later on. The offer now should not show in the list unless it is denied and available for completion again. On the admin side, The admin needs to be able to Add/Modify Offers provided by affiliate networks Admin should be able to set categories for each offer and category should be stored in the db for easy adding to each offer. Fields Req Are: Offer Name - Offer URL - Offer Description - Offer Network - Offer Network ID - Amount Earned From Network - Amount Paid to Members (cash) - Amount Paid To Members (Points) Enable/Disable the offer I would like to see some example work before i decide to hire you.
