Animation in HTML 5

Hi,

I have a simple background in vector (currently working in photoshop on a website layout.)

I need someone to make simple animation in HTML5 / Java (no flash) in the background. I want some particles moving in one direction, very simple.

It will be used on website background and for responsive webdesign.
