Build A Simple Website CMS Website System With nicedit.com

Hi there, I need a simple website CMS system built for a website service I provide to sales people. I need my members to be able to edit their websites content, text, etc. easily from a backend CMS system that is super easy to understand and doesn't require a big learning curve. I already have the websites built I just need someone to build the backend CMS system with something like [login to view URL] or if you know of a better solution I'm open to suggestions. I have attached a detailed description of what I need to this job. I can have my staff duplicate the CMS system for now and would also be interested in having the person(s) who gets this job building out a backend portal where I could manage the sites and people who get access to them from a backend admin panel. If you could do that too please let me know. However this is NOT part of this job. That would be bid on separately (with a separate bid too) and created after this project is complete. Thanks
