Customization and Enhancements for Coupon Software.
My project requires the use and customization of a third-party coupon generation software.
Among other things, you should be proficient in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, and AJAX.
The third-party software we are using is WroupOn ([url removed, login to view]). Please check out their Blog link for some documentation and bug fixes.
The documentation on this software product does not appear to be extensive but we will give you access to the source code.
As currently available, the above software allows a system administrator to create and make available coupons to visitors of the website.
This software is created to duplicate the functionality of Groupon (see: [url removed, login to view])
We need to enhance the Wroupon software by creating an additional tier of Partner or Vendor users who:
1. Do not have access to the sensitive security, membership, or payment collection functions of the backend; but
2. Have superior access to normal users in order to be able to create their own coupons and make them available to the website visitors in the same fashion it can be done with the existing off-the-shelf WroupOn software.
Other important required features:
1. We need to be able to keep very close tracking of all registered Partners regarding the coupons they have created, moneys collected and moneys paid.
2. The system should allow the website owners to collect payments and pay the above Partners a percentage that may vary according to the terms of the agreement between the website owners and each Partner.
3. The ability to receive recurring payments via Paypal for subscription-type offers or coupons.
4. The ability to use Vimeo URLs to display Vimeo videos.
5. Ability to interface with Facebook, Twitter and other social networking engines for registration, inviting friends, etc.
We are looking to have this done in one week's time and preferably by someone who can structure this project into Stages so that we can pay for each stage and install it on our demo server so as to allow the client to monitor the project's progress. I would want you to tell me briefly in writing what you can deliver and when.
