ASP Developer wanted for file-manipulations and front-end processing screens

We need someone experienced in ASP/vbscript and SQLServer who can create a set of backend ASP functions/files that process and manipulate flat text files through various stages and who can also build the corresponding front-end screens which the user will use to view/progress the analysis of their files. The files in question that are to be manipulated are asp files themselves (ie we're manipulating asp files as-if they're flat text files, and we're using asp to do that manipulation). The files being manipulated are not the ones that we're using for the manipulation itself. To give you an example, one of the processes is for the manipulation to automatically strip-out any comments from the users' asp files. There are many other stages, but essentially the above is what we're after; lots of reading/writing/analysing/translating files done through asp, and lots of screens to show users what's going on and to let them choose various options at each stage for their files' contents. A full spec will be provided once we've picked the developer. We're happy to answer questions on the project prior to picking a developer, but only on a technical level; we don't want to describe the full business process of the project until we've picked someone for the project. ## Deliverables General Notes: We estimate that it should take around 1 man-week (40 hours) or less for an experienced asp developer to complete the entire project. Thereafter we may employ the developer for future enhancements or other projects if all goes well. The project has already been started in-house, so a lot of the core/library elements have already been put in place for the project; we now need someone to take the spec and finish things off. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Programs to be written in ASP (VBScript), using SQLServer as the database, all running on a Windows Server
