I am looking to replicate a existing site. The site that I am looking to replicate is <[url removed, login to view]>. Once on the site click on the HOW TO ORDER button. Sign up for an account and you can walk through the process of ordering online. I need to duplicate this. I will also need admin screens so I can add/delete/edit products and prices. I will need to modify pricing for all companies that sign up for an account. I will also need to link the site to paypal to accept payment.

Once a company signs up online, the will receive default pricing that I need to have access to for all products. After a company has signed up, they will be able to login and receive the default pricing. All companies will see the same products, but some companies can have different pricing, that I will need to setup manually, the rest of the companies will have the defualt pricing. I will need admin screens, for users/products/pricing/orders. When a client logs in, I need them to see all past orders. I will need a place to add in tracking numbers for shipping. I will do that manually. The site must mimic the ordering section of [url removed, login to view]

The database will need to be written using SQL 2000 Server.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
