ASP/C# Programmer Wanted

I'm looking for an ASP/C# programmer who is also available by PHONE (IP phones don't count) during USA hours. I'd especially like someone available to handle daytime tasks. But, this bid request is for one immediate task, just to try you out.
My immediate need is to tie an ASP 1.1 form to an Access database. And, I'll pay you $100 to do that (estimated time is 3 hours, NO MORE THAN 4 hours). But, this project keeps growing, so this opportunity could lead to rolling an entire Access-base system into MSSQL, which we can talk about after this task is completed. But, right now I just need someone to tie-in the queries, do a little JavaScript on the form, and test it. Phone contact is required to expedite feedback, but all such time will count as billable time.
If you've got 3 or more years experience, and really pride yourself on creative thinking and problem solving, can normalize a database in your sleep, and like a lot of freedom, then you'll enjoy this opportunity. I believe in paying a professional wage for competent work.

## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
2) You are to create an ASP.Net 1.1 form consisting of about 25 fields, tie it to an existing Access database, and test it. This is a Student Registration form for a small highschool, and the form consists of Name, address, and other sign-up info. Estimated time to do the form is 3 hours.
3) You will be paid the $100 through RentaCoder REGARDLESS of the quality of your performance. There will be NO DISPUTE. You will be paid regardless of performance.
My unconditional promise to pay you, if selected for work, is to expedite approval of this ad's conditions by RentaCoder. So, in other words, I unequivicably waive all rights to a payment dispute if I hire you. You will be paid even, Period!! This gives us both a lot of freedom to 'get to know each other'.
4) To help me assess you for this task, please tell me your skills (years experience, languages, and anything else you think helpful).
5) All deliverables MUST be completed within 2 days of start of contract, deliverable by 5:00 PM, MST.
6) You MUST be available by phone during USA work hours.
