ASP.net Fix for [login to view URL]

Our websites [[url removed, login to view]][1] is an email matching and notification system. Mostly written in ASP with the MS-ACCESS bakend, here is how it is supposed to work:

- Executive suite operators (landlords of small office spaces) sign up to list their property.

- Tenants then enroll and are emailed operator information that matches their criteria.

- In return, the Operators are notified that Tenants have requested information on them.

- Real Estate agents can also sign up and be matched.

- This works well because the Operators then telephone the Tenants and begin the sales process.

- The system also sends a few other emails. Example: when an operator signs up they get a list of recent leads. So after reading the code, we need to test it all to make sure everything is working.

- There is an admin panel at [[url removed, login to view]][2] that also has some breaks in it.

It used to work well but then STOPPED. We're not ASP programmers and don't want to screw it up more.

The fix is probalby simple but someone is going to have to examine the code, understand it all and make it "GO" again.

Access to the system will be via a VPN connection. We run our own IIS and Mail servers.

So - - we need a bid for 4 to 8 hours of an expert ASP coders time to get this done. Are you game? Are you good? PS, if after 8 hours you can't fix it we may authorize more hours or give up on it. And if you can't solve it we won't necessarily give you a bad score. Hey, maybe its a mess.

We need someone who can start within 1 day and have it done within 5 days. Max.

P.S. If you're good we'd like to add some functions and will post those for private or public bid also.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
