ASP.net Website - (repost)

I need a asp.net website.

Written in asp.net (VB.net) ([url removed, login to view] 2003 or [url removed, login to view] beta 2005) and SQL Server 2000.

I have a psd image how the site should look like.

There is a need to make the html from the pds file. Almost no extra graphic is needed.

I have almost the same website (with same functionality) written in asp.

I have most of the database ready and most of the database layer.

I need those modules for the site:

- Sign guestbook

- View Guestbook

- Search (perhaps use full text search)

- Subscribe to email update

- Tell a friend

- About page

- Contact us

- Add content (tell more in private message)

- Forum - I want to use the [url removed, login to view] forum and show the newest threads on the main page where you can click link and go to the forum and exact thread.

- Books - list of books

- List of authors/categories urls and when you click on each of them you get to content page where you see content from this category/author.

- content page where you can see list of all content by this category/author - there are four or five types of content that

can be displayed.

- Users must be able to add tags to the content.

- users must be able to login to the site.

- on the admin site admin must be able to edit and modify all content

I also need a windows client to add and edit all content on the site. It will use web services to do so.

I expect great job and great communications in this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
