Blog like website with a twist

Hello all,

I'm interested in having a blog like system developed in asp. The system must allow for membership, login, lost passwords, any asp email component is acceptable, or php email.

The system will have blog like messages, each message will have a title a memo to edit date time authorid, and topicid. So a user can have many topics. Each blog message will at the bottom be linked to other blogs in the system so

1) user becomes member

2) user creats new topic for him/herself

3) user adds first blog into topic

4) user addes second blog into topic

5) user links second blog to first blog

6) user admin can edit delete blogs or links

7) simple readonly page for visitors too browse users their topics and the blogs.

8) the blogs should be listed in order of entery (date) from first to last in a topic. the links (if any) should open that particular blog in a popup window.

should use html editor like rentacoder editor with preview. If you can't find it i have one that i can provide.

Database must be mysql. Code can be ASP or PHP but i prefer ASP. Pages should be simple header fotter type. The colors fonts should be in a config file so i can change. I prefer also the html use css styles.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
