Change Menu in Able Commerce Shopping Cart

I have a website at [url removed, login to view] using the Able Commerce Shopping cart.

The cart is written in asp.NET.

I would like to modify the way the category menu looks in order to make it easier for my customers.

Right now, if you click on Corkscrews (for example), it opens to a page with 7 different types of corkscrews, and the customer has to select one of them.

Instead, I would like a non-clickable heading called Corkscrews with a drop down type menu appearing to the side with the section that will enable people to select the proper sub category.
