Clarion/Fenix Website

Using Clarion Fenix & MS SQL to develop a website for Clarion Programmers. The site will be broken into 4 distinct sections. Section 1 will be where people can submit projects they need completed in Clarion. Section 2 will be where clarion programmers can regsiter. They can specify details like if they belong to a UG (and which one) recieve communications on things like training events, UG events and new updates to templates they may use. They can also say if they are available for hire (long & short term) Section 3 will be where people can search for a clarion programmer to hire on a short or long term basis. Section 4 will be where programmers and clarion development teams can advertise in the directory. The directory will be area based as the website will be promoted in all areas. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Clarion Fenix either written in VB.NET or C#.net and using MS SQL2k.
