Looking for assistance in implementing into an existing website, the <[url removed, login to view]> (formerly .Text) .Net server forum software.
I've got a website entirely 'control' based. And Id like to implement this forum or another one w/pic posting capability and customization.
I could use some help if anyone wishes to help me out. I do-not use the [url removed, login to view] Development UI. Rather (*text based*) for development. Preferred ASP.Net VB.Net proficient developers.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) Specifically this project will entail a trust relationship with the developer. (asp.net vb.net preferred)
