Create Affiliate System & Integrate Payments for our site

Hello Freelancers, We are currently in process of developing a unique product. We have a sketch for the website design created (PM For details on this, as this is relevant for the project). Our website will sell a monthly subscription which will be purchased from our site. There will be a "buy now" page, which must be integrated with a payments gateway so customers handle the signup process on our site (not gets re-directed to paypal or something like that). After the customer SUCCESSFULLY has signed up (and the payment is a success), he must receive a welcome email with a username and password to the sites backend. The backend will be created out of the same design like our website, but with different menu items and content. He will login to this backend through a login page on our main website. The backend should be setup in a CMS, but if this is too complicated I am okay with editing pages manually. There however are some pages that must show dynamic content as below. Each of our customers should be able to refer a friend through his own automaticly created tracking link that will be showed to him in the backend. The tracking link must be able to track new customers that have successfully signed up and paid for their subscription. There must be a place in the backend where each customer can see how many people have signed up through their tracking link. The tracking must work on 4-tiers, and with different commission % for each tier. Example: All Tier 1 pays 30%, all tier 2 pays 10%, all tier 3 pays 5% and tier 4 pays 2%. - There must be an Admin account from where I can view and edit customer data. At last, there must be a seperate signup form for affiliates that uses the same design and layout as the members backend, but without the member content, only with pages for tracking.
