Create Wallet Card in Flash for download

For the right developer, this should be a short, fun project - and easy :) Create a printable online wallet card that can be sent via email for www.unlimitedconferencing.com. using the exact html code attached. Card will be obtained by customer logging in to the customer care site and also via email upon signup. need a way to do this in straight html. The example provided below is in straight html - using text to overlay ontop of the image of the wallet card. I would prefer this be done in straight .html using the example enclosed. this needs to be a .asp program that will generate a .html - or other file type that can be read with an email reader such as Outlook. The .asp program would have the following parameters: name of .asp: [url removed, login to view] Required parameters: customer name, access number, moderator PIN, participant PIN. The actual graphics to be provided by our graphic artist. Until this is done, please develop using the graphics in the example. Let me know if you need just the entire graphic (which would be the front+back+fold here image) or the piece-parts. Notice that the technique here is to "assemble" the card using a series of segments of the card which are .jpgs - one of which is a background .jpg that the text in html is laid over.
