Credit Card Processing Page

I need a credit card processing page which allows the user to select their card type Switch|Visa|MasterCard etc, enter ther number, security number on back, name, expiry date, start date and anything else needed to process. The page should process the payment as RAC site does, step 1 contacing bank, step 2, processing payment, step 3 Cleared by bank etc. This should be displayed to the user as eas step is processed. I also need to know how to go about setting up an account to collect the money. The exact process.
