Defensive Driving school schedule website

I want to design defensive driving class schedular website. This would be the website where all Defensive Driving schools would be able to post there schedule for atleast whole year.. Student who want to take in class defensive driving class can go to this website and look for the nearlst class and should be able to register for class and once they register for class notification email is send to particular school automaticcally. student should be even able to pay for the class online. in admin database. we will be having two type of user login one for students who want to register for class other for the defensive driving schools who can login and put there class schedule on website... site should have admin panel with database and should be user friendly.. If you have expertise in doing such work then only waste your's and mine time.
