Asterisk Dial Plan Conversion - Reopened

this project is to convert an asterisk dial plan to phpagi. It was 90% more or less completed by another provider, but he went missing. If you can use his code (example: reuse or debug) and make it 100% working that's OK. I you wish to start over or rewrite in your own style I would understand. Although, what's needed to make the script usable is little work for you. But it's written kind of 'stringy' and I'd like to break it apart and make use of smaller more precise and reusable functions calls for readable and future development. The source is full of comments and fairly easy to follow. However, there is 2076 lines of code not including standard 'includes'.

I rather not post the code to the world for view. However, if you bid, I'll provide you access to source to review. I can tell you the highest bid on last project was $250, so I wouldn't think it could cost more. See project number 393703.
