Childrens Learning Interface

I have a chracter created in 3D studio max and now need a learing interface created, if possible in dreamweaver but am open to suggestions. I have included an image of how I wish the interface to look. Basically I want the chracter displayed in a 'window' on the interface and then when any one of the three colours on the right hand side of the interface is selected I want the chracter to change to that colour. Also when the body parts of the chracter are selected in the 'window' I want it to be announced by means of audio the name of that particular body part. the audio would need to say the word arm, leg, eye and mouth and there are 2 arms, two legs, two eyes..so for each part. This is aimed at 2-3 year olds. Ask any questions you wish. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform director mx if possible open to suggestions though and will agree before accepting the bid. Needs to be a a stand alone executable file to run on xp.
