This is a small business project where we will be implementing open source Asterisk PBX software ([login to view URL]) onto a server running an OS similar to Red Hat, and answering VOIP calls. The functionality needed is that it must: 1) Be able to handle several simultaneous calls 2) Determine if someone is calling in too frequently 3) Greet the caller 4) Record the caller's request by asking questions and logging touch tones (DTMFs), we may need to ask the user multiple questions to fully ascertain his request. 5) Play a thank you message. 6) Log everything into both a log file and a MySQL database (local or non-local). All software created will become property of the bid requester (Seller).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The OS will be a Linux flavor similar to Red Hat. It should not require the latest updates, and should be able to run on barebones OS'es and what Asterisk provides.
