Ad Blocker Additional Feature

This should be a simple project for programmers who know what they are doing. I have already had a pop up blocker developed and I am looking to add another feature to it. I need it to be able to block ad's like the ones generated by the program at http://www.popovergenerator.com. You will see a sample of this ad on this site. This is not a normal pop up, please don't bid if you cannot design the code to block this special type of ad.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
