Build a simple simulation engine for a probability game

I would like someone to build me a simple simulation model. I would like the results to be able to be outputted into a basic table or and excel spreadsheet type format. The basic simulation will be randomly generating an event that has a particular probability. Based on the results of the event a particular wager is made on the event and the results of that wager are tabulated. In the model the probability of the event, and the wager amount will be variables that need to be entered before the program begins. Based on the paramaters set I would like the simulation to run hundreds or thousands of times to give me a good idea of results based on different probability and wagering formats. This should not be too difficult to do once I pass on the wagering rules that I need for this simulation. I hope it makes sense. If results of the simulation can be in a general table format or in an excel spreadsheet it would be ideal for me to analyze afterwards. I hope this makes sense, anyone with a reasonable programming background and knowledge of conditional statements, variables, and subroutines should be able to execute this in my opinion.
