Conversion from C / C++ to Delphi

I am looking for bids on conversion of a C / C++ application to Borland Delphi 6 or above. The current application is released under an open source license, and is available from the developers (IRTrans). I have attached a copy of the relevant source, and it is the interface between applications and an Infrared controller. The project uses a FTDI245 USB to serial controller, for which a Delphi header is already available (along with a demo application) from FTDI. This can also be provided if required. As this project interfaces with hardware, it is acknowledged that testing will need to be performed at our end during the development. It is expected that at least one version is submitted to us for testing during the development in order to ensure that it is going to work as intended. The original IRTrans Server includes an integrated web server; we do not need this to be converted - only the main server functionality. We may offer a bonus for rapid completion, and / or conversion of the other elements of the package (there is a client too). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and work the same as the 'source' application. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP / XP Media Centre
