Looking to take a simple, Excel-based calculator and turn it into its own application, to be installed on Windows with a small footprint. The Excel file currently receives user data inputs and does very basic calculations to present a client with their cost savings if they take us up on the recommendations. Nothing too fancy here, just user inputs, user sees the resulting calculations that work instantly behind the scenes or after a click.
Would *prefer* a very clean, Flash - and mProjector-based app (I like Flash, I've seen how fast these load, and how clean they look with the right programmer. See Soundslides.com.
## Deliverables
I've attached an actual Excel file that shows the inputs and outputs. The bold fields are calculated fields. The rest are user-input.

Thank you to those who have bid so far. One reason I highlighted Flash/mProjector as preferred is the visual appeal of Flash apps. There's a very good chance that this would be used on a laptop while sitting with a client to show them the cost savings. As a result, it needs to look very polished and pleasing to the eye, not like your typical, basic Windows app...and it cannot be web-based. If that changes your bid, feel free to update or re-bid!

To all bidders: I've uploaded a new .zip file with mock-ups of four "screens" that I envision this app will require for the data entry. The app doesn't have to look like this, it's just a mock-up. However, I prefer this over the typical Windows appearance. But if this results in you wanting/needing to adjust your bid, you are welcome to make that change. Thanks, Brandon
