Cross Platform Application (Blackberry,IOS,Android) together with Server Side application.

Hello Everyone, i'm looking for a two parts solution (cross platform application & Server side solution). Cross Platform application: 1. It should work on the following systems: 1.1 Android 2.0 and above 1.2 IOS 4.0 and above 1.3 4.5 and above 2. it should be prepared specifically on each system (so it's actually 3 versions of the software) The software should work to accomplish the server side requests, together with the following basic operation. The Program should send GPS information back to the server on every given intervals (the intervals would be preset in the program settings) Every time the program is opened a user MUST approve a TOS (will be provided by me) The application upon opening will check if the TOS file it has is the Newest one on the server, if so - it will continue, if not, it will download the latest one. on setting i need, username/pass and sending interval if the server will not recognize the user/pass the application will redirect to webpage (registration) that will be provided by me, also sound files, term of service for users and any graphic interface will be fully supplied by me, The application itself would be 4-5 screens in total Communication to the server has to be made via JSON protocol the program will use DATA transfer (not mms/sms) ** Full Server/Application feature list is attached, PLEASE REVIEW IT BEFORE BIDDING** ## Deliverables
