Frazer Consultants is looking for a solution to create personalized Video Tributes and then burn them to a CD or DVD, and then be played in a DVD player. The movie should consist of transition effects, music, and a “theme??. We believe the best way to accomplish this objective is to create “templates??. It may be good if you have knowledge in Adobe After Effects and ADobe Premire. One example could be the following: Use a template that holds 19 pictures. On layer one, you have all the “movie?? artwork, motion, etc. On layer two, you would have the 19 photos. Maybe we would have some Picture Frames, etc. The template will have “pre-defined?? spots for the 19 photos that are loaded in to the program. We are looking for about 10 different themed “templates??. Each themed template should have two versions, one version holding 14 photos and another holding 19 photos. We’re not for sure if this solution is possible or not? We were envisioning having a “pre-made?? mpeg file that could insert pictures dynamically.
