I would like you to create step by step tutorial for beginners. The tutorial table of content below(not include STL part). Tutorial must also include STL and c standard library(conio.h, stdio.h etc) section. (main STL classes, strings, streams, vector, list, queue, etc) example is [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] for c lib. Please describe most of methods and example of using for STLclasses and c libs. I would like custom written text. Every paragraph must include sample code.
