Program consists of an Automated Dialer and a Predictive Dialer. Auto-dialer: Dial a list of phone contacts and play a message. Ask a question and store a phone digit response. Optionally stop dialing on first positive response. Calls are made on multiple phone lines, and run simultaneously. Predictive dialer: Dial a list of phone contacts and transfer line to a human operator when answered. Both programs keep a log of calls. Source code must be documented. Please include time estimate with your bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Source code must be documented.
## Platform
Run on win2k. Use Intel Dialogic phone board. See board D4PCI for minimum hardware functionality. Use either Borland C++ Builder (v6) or Microsoft Visual Basic (v6 or .net).
