convert visual basic 6 project to visual studio 2010

I have a visual basic 6 application for a caller id application, it detects an incoming call and opens the default browser to a url specified and attaches the phone number eg. [login to view URL] this application works fine in windows xp but will not work on windows 7 , it fails with an error of Run-time error 429 ActiveX component can't create object I need this application converted to visual studio 2010 and work as before but in windows 7 . caller id must be working on a UK phone line. I have included all the source from the visual basic 6 project so you can see how it works in it's current state for XP. I will need a working .exe file and full source code files for the project, I must be able to specify the url and parameters that the application will use to open the default browser (?newcall&num=xxx). It should follow the same format as the attached application. It must work on windows 7.
