Developing a professional job-intermediary platforms with CMS, HTML5, Amazon S3 & CloudFront, PhoneGap

I would like to develop an excellent job board platform in my city, which will connect employers (or clients) and job seekers. You will be working on this project remotely. If you are able to perform well in this project, I will also hire you to advance this project with more features and there is a great possibility that I would want to hire you on a full-time basis later on. More project offers will be given for the excellent performer. A team of several developers will be preferred, but individual with great skills and time availability are also welcome. I want the following technologies to be incorporated into the system: - Fully CMS based (Yii / Zend) - MySQL database (MySQL cluster is preferred, but open for suggestion of other high performance DB) - JQuery, AjaX, and hopefully we can incorporate node.js and [login to view URL] technology for enforcing asynchronous communication (you shall advise me on this) - HTML5 JQuery widgets (Wijmo widget preferred, open for suggestion of other widget library) - Amazon S3 and CloudFront for images, documents, videos, etc. - Apache server with PHPMyAdmin - Payment gateway (Paypal, Credit card) - PhoneGap (mobile platform compatible for Blackberry, iOS, and Android platforms) - Project Management web timesheet module (to be integrated into the system, which will ease the collaboration between the freelancer and the client). You can use a readily available solution and have this integrated into the system. Please advise on this. - Load Balancing features using Amazon ELB - Security solution for the websites (you can suggest some options for this) Project description attached.
