Create one more PHP page, based on template of others

hi there, I have a website where each page is its own PHP page (eg. [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). It isn't some kind of .htaccess hack. each page, is its own php file. there is no PHP template engine in place, nor does it use a framework. I need you to just to create another PHP page, just like the other ones that already exist and insert the new content that I will provide you with. It'll mainly be copying and pasting on your part. You will also need to adjust a navigation bar and the homepage to include in the link to this newly created page. NOTE: the navbar is a php file included into all the other pages, so you will only be editing one file. it's a pretty straight foreward task, that I don't have time for. do a great job, and I will be supplying you with many more tasks to come overtime. thanks guys!
