Design Template for a social networking website

I need a template for a social networking website. I have already taken a look at the many templates out there, but I need something unique.
The template needs to have 3-4 different designs, be very simple and clean (Twitter type of things), easily scalable to have other pages added.?
## Deliverables
the template needs to be
- in CSS
- have some logos that I would use next to the buttons (just like facebook, and twitter, and such)
- be nicely viewable in IE, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox
- no tables, only CSS please.

Please provide other templates you made in the past.?
template needs to consist of:
- Front page?
- logged in page
- report page.
- images page.
- blog page.
- forums page: with questions and replies to it.
- Ads page.
I have already developed a template for my website. I'm willing to make changes to it, but I want to concentrate my efforts on programming other parts of the website.?
