Calendar of Events Find & Format I’m looking for someone to complete a calendar of events created from a list of web sites that I will provide as well as from an unformatted file that I will provide you with. This calendar usually ends up being around 2500 words or more. A typical listing looks like this: April 24 - Mystic - Nature's Babies, 3:45-5pm. For Ages 6 & up. Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center, 109 Pequotsepos Rd. 860-536-1216, www.dpnc.org. So, it is broke down as follows: Date ??" Town ??" Name of event, time (using am and pm without spacing). Other information if required. Name of organization, address (use abbreviation of Rd. St. Ave., etc.) Phone, web site, email. If any of this information is missing just leave it out. There does need to be some contact info. Phone, email, or web address. I have an excel sheet with some of the addresses/phone numbers of places that you can refer to. The listings should be done in order by date. If there are several events on one date they should be in order by town name. I will supply a copy of last month’s calendar for your review. I would like to see some progress within 24 hours of acceptance and a completed copy within 48 hours.
