I'm looking for someone to research greenhouse policy for countries all over the world, and input the data into a wiki. This requires good internet research skills, fluent English, and some authoring (a summary paragraph at the beginning of each article, plus referencing for all other content). Familiarity with policy is helpful. I'm happy to break down this project into groups of countries, so please specify which country's policies you will be finding when you bid.
All countries are required (Except Australia which will be used as a template). Higher priority will be given to people who can complete larger numbers of countries. I would like grants and government subsidies included in the information. This information is not hard to find, with a simple google search I pulled up these sites which have most of the information needed:

I envision this task would take 20 mins per country.
Categories Required are:
- Federal Government Grants and Subsidies
- State (or similar) Government Grants and Subsidies (where applicable)
- International treaties signed
- National & State Policy/Strategy
