I am looking for someone to build a clone of the free dating site: <[login to view URL]> with similar functionality but different appearance.
Points for the site:
1) You will need to log in and try out the [login to view URL] site to understand how it works.
2) Site to include all necessary content, logo, graphics as full functioning dating site.
3) All content, including profiles and forums to be on html pages (.htm or .html) Is this also possible on the forum pages?
4) All features of the PlentyOfFish site to be included. You will have suggestions for improvements in functionality here.
5) URLs of all pages should be short . eg. A profile page like <[login to view URL]>
6) Solution to scale for larger traffic and page views.
7) Be able to appoint moderator/s from the users or separate person/s to moderate forum posts, user profiles and any other maintenance.
8) Site to be guarded against spam and automated form filling. Perhaps users can also assist by clicking on a box to denote spam or inappropriate profiles and forum posts.
9) Include all other admin functions necessary.
10) Adsense adverts to be located for effective click through rates.
11) Text and design to be unique.
12) Site to be setup to run on my own server.
13) System also includes email auto responder system to notify users of contacts
14) The service should look after its users and provide a safe, secure and functional dating service. Users details remain anonymous where necessary.
Other points will be discussed during the project.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
