article submission software

I am looking for software that will take articles that are submitted to my article directory and broadcast them to other article directories and newsgroups.? It needs to be self generating as far as finding new directories to submit to and allow directory owners to register to get the content.? New directories are showing up each day looking for content.? The application would search the llikely places to find this , digitalpoint, infovilesilencer, etc.? There is more I'd like it to do but this is the overview.? This Direcotry is currently being coded by another programmer who is doing a good job but slow.? He is using PHP, SQL, CSS... ## Deliverables I should have beta of the directory before closing of this bid ETA is 03/04/08...
