Data Entry from Scanned in document

Data Entry Project. I will provide a 450 page document. Each page has 4 columns with 3 fields in each column. Each column contains approximately 80 rows of data to be keyed in. I need each row of data keyed into MS Excel into 3 separate cells. For each row the following 3 fields need to be keyed in: Field 1 - Part Number - must be keyed without any punctuation ("-", ",", spaces). Ex. A02-B0051-C340 should be keyed as A02B0051C340. Field 2 - Description - must be keyed without any punctuation ("-", ",", spaces). Ex. PRESET COUNTER should be keyed as PRESETCOUNTER Field 3 - Price - do not type dollar sign ($), enter 0 dollars as 0 and whenever "send" is in the field enter as 0. There are approximately 320 rows per page and 450 pages in the book. The approximate number of rows to be keyed will total about 144,000. You can create 3 output files containing approximately 50,000 rows in each. ACCURACY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. THE DATA MUST BE KEYED CORRECTLY! DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE 99.99% ACCURACY IN KEYING. ATTACHED ARE TO COPIES OF THE PAGES (these were copies of faxes, the scanned images you will receive will be easier to use). I will ask the winning bidder to provide a sample of the keyed data at the beginning of the project to make sure the data is being keyed. This will be for the first 2 pages of the document. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
