Database - Barcode/Scanner

Need a database to track documents, using barcode label printer and scanner. A serial number is entered into the database GUI. The user then chooses a 'shipping date' that it is being FedEx'd, Region, County and Field Representative it is being sent to. A label is then printed with a barcode containing that serial number, etc. The label is put on the document and a summary sheet is printed for all of the documents that are contained in the shipment. When the document is returned from the field, it is scanned and the database records when it was returned. A query can be run for: What documents are still in the field. What have been returned. How long it took to be returned. All can be sorted and filtered by region, date, field representatitve, county, etc. This needs to be on a network and be used by multiple users. Scanners should be able to be used from any computer on the network. Can this be done using an IE browser interface?? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows XP and 2000 or, if need be, just XP
