Data converter marking system

We need to develop a program that could convert and rearrange data entry from the excel files and it has to be able to deliver an excel file with all the rearrange data. We attached the two files that you will need to interpret the program (1 source file with the data we want to transform and 1 output file with the rearrange data). About the source report: file: [login to view URL] The source report is ordered by name of employee, it this followed by the signings of the employee, it means the entering time and the exit time, of the employee, by ordered signings in a vertical way. The employee could have many signing during the each day. About the output report: file: [login to view URL] This report is ordered by employee, day, the entering time and the exit time, in a horizontal way. you have to remember that in this report you don't have to place all the signing of the employee, the program has to take only the first entry and the last exit of each day of all the signings that the employee gets. Requirements: this project has to work in a web enviroment and with php. if it would use a database it has to be done in mysql. A prototype has to be done to make the test that we need to do. this project has to run in a web enviroment that owns to the freelancer or similar to be able to validate the work.
