DLL Wrapper around a delphi component

We require a DLL written in Delphi 7 which can be called from an ASP script. The DLL will effectively be a wrapper (with some additional functionality) around a component we bought which can read/write properties of an excel spreadsheet. We think it should be quite a straight fwd project for someone with Delphi DLL writing experience. As we've had bad experiences with coders dissapearing lately, we require daily progress reports along with a copy of the source code as it stands. Time is of the essence, so please don't bid if you are too busy to work on it daily until completed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
