Consultation with Drupal development - repost

Hi, I want to build a website using Drupal which I require a 1-1.5 hour consultation from you. No coding for you is required, you just need to provide me with intensive information, such as which modules I need to get the requirement going or process of importing and monitoring data.

The site I'm working towards is very similar to this, [url removed, login to view] The aim is to build a website that displays entries in the form of a table from a database. The entries can saved and used by the user for other purposes. The entries can be freely modified. The entries can be sorted.

Vision 1:

1) Users type in words of interest in the search bar (image "Site similar to this front page")

2) The search bar will have its own smart real time drop down menu (image "Smart search that has a dropdown")

3) Data will be retrieved and displayed (image "Table displayed after search the word biochemistry")

4) The user is able to mark the result which they can use for later comparison (ie between row 1 and row 2)

Vision 2 (similar to plugin "Participants Database" in Wordpress):

1) On the data entry side, a method of importing and exporting data ie excel (link: [url removed, login to view])

2) The data can be edited by users such as name, age, address etc (link: [url removed, login to view])

3) Capable of managing database fields such as set up your database fields and all attributes for each field (link: [url removed, login to view])

Vision 3:

1) Entries are tagged, for example, under "name" can be tagged with "Chinese" and "Black hair" and "Green eyes". Therefore a sorting method can be utilized when "Chinese" and "Green eyes" are selected, certain names will appear

2) A good suggestion of the sorting method is needed, such as a tree (example, sorting of chess moves [url removed, login to view])

I expect to be presented with solutions in the first instance of meeting up over Skype, which I'll be asking many questions during the consultation. If you have more suggestions that would be great.
