The purpose of this project is too a create a database using Microsoft access and to assist user in helpdesk on how to retrieve the right resolver group If possible the database should done using macros with main menu and should prevent end user from editing the database. Username and password should be created for the administrator to perform modifications. The links have to be linked to one another in order to provide the right resolver group for that particular problem. For example if an end user is having problem with his laptop. The job needs to be assigned to the right department
The key consideration in the database will be
Ease of use
Easy Identification by LOS (assisting in work prioritization)
The database will need to have queries to it and relationship created and will need to be linked correctly
All the data will be uploaded by me
I need someone that will deliver this within 3 Weeks
Need somone who can communicate and meet deadline
