Android G1 project

I want an application for a G1 Android. It is pretty much java so maybe a good java programmer could do the trick.

The application needs to be downloaded on the phone. After that a customer will have a screen with the choice to select a country or to select download all (when selecting download all the customer will download a 1000 maps from a server onto his phone). If the customer selects a country, the same thing will be possible (download all will download all destination maps 200 maps or so). Finally a customer can select a destination and download this map. For any choice the customer can view his downloaded map, zoom in, move the map etc. This is a nutshell. Don't? come up with google maps, these maps are diffeent...
