**SUMMARY** I am interested in creating a Blog Hosting Service for the Medical Professional Community. I prefer if Wordpress or MovableType was used. Categories such as Physicians, Nurses, Dentists, etc. **LOOK** Each section has a distinct look (Physician's section would have "Doctor" graphics, logo, color scheme). I would prefer it to have the similar ideas as Blogger([login to view URL]) in terms of colorful, appealing, easy-to-use, user friendly, [login to view URL] main page (similar to Blog Ladder <[login to view URL]>) should include member login/creation, featured blogs, pictures, advertisements, and basic site info and links to all the different sections. **MEMBERS **All blogs require subscription through PayPal. Two levels of subscription. All members have a "Control Panel". They are taken here once they sign in or Subscribe. The Control Panel should be similar to the Control Panel in vBulletin, allowing users to have a Member Profile, Pictures, Avatar, Basic Info, About Me, Blog Setup, Account Settings, etc. Blog Setup should allow each user to setup their own blog (ONE BLOG PER USER). Change Color schemes, themes, fonts, and other setup options. Account Settings should allow user to upgrade/downgrade subscription, cancel account, and change payment method. **ADMIN SECTION **Extensive, full control of all members blogs, ability to edit members blogs, limit user amount, change subscription prices, ability to change questions for Basic Info section and About Me sections, add new themes and fonts, cancel accounts/ban members, close a blog/all blogs, who's online, and other useful admin features to keep control of all aspects of service. I would like to know an estimate in terms of price and time needed to perform this project into reality. Thank You. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I want this script to run on Linux, through Yahoo Small Business Hosting Service. Preferably PHP and MySQL.
