Build TurboCAD drawing

I need a way to take data entered manually in a Palm database (HandBase or similar) and use it to draw a TurboCAD drawing. Measurements are of sailboat dimensions measured on the boat, and TurboCAD is used to draw a scale model of the rig to design sail dimensions to scale. The measurements are a defined set that doesn't change -- length from here to here, height of this, etc... -- from boat to boat. Goal would be to have sailmakers take measurements on-site, sync their Palm, open TurboCAD, and run the "macro" or similar code to generate the boat drawing based on the measurments. Sample TurboCAD drawing (in .gif format) attached. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done. Real-time tests with sets of actual measurements to ensure accuracy.
