CMS design + xhtml/css coding (+ icons?)

I need a designer for a content management system. The style and general idea about the design are already set -- but should be improved to become visually more attractive. The main focus of the design is usability. It needs to be clean and simple.

There is a total of 15 different screens. I have attached three of these to give you can see the style and estimate the work to do.

**Please note that I only need small improvement to the cms design -- nothing is needed on the site design.**

When the design is done as photoshop dummys, I need it coded in xhtml/css (easily adaptable to a backend). Please note that I only need the xhtml/css -- not any javascripting or similar.

When you bid on this project, please include a link you portfolio (or attach it to the bid) so I can evaluate your graphic skill.

Please also let me know if you are skilled in creating icons, as I may be interested in adding this to the project.
