I am after a database program that allows me to market my products to potential and converted customer base. I will need to import the list of customerthrough into field list. I have set up a database in ACT, which I found great for chasing out customer opportunities, but I also need a database that imports sales against each contact, and be able to generate reports on this sales data as well. I do not care what program it is, as long it does what i require 1. I need a database that I can import all the potential customers into 2. I will need to run searches to concentrate and electronically market on particular regions 3. Group Email 4. Mail merge 5. Do searches from particular fields, maybe multiple required fields 6. Import sales info against each of the customer cards These sales can come as delimited, excel or CSV files 7. Assign values to each of my customers in relation to their sales, in order to calculate commissions 8. Be able to have flags come up to alert of a contact losing activity with any, or all of my products 9. Construct my diary from this database, maybe interact with Outlook 10. Sycronise my reps notes on the field into the main database. I do not need web based at this point, just collect his zip file to syncro with each week, then I can send out his sales reports the next day. I want to do this to understand what ever system you can design.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
