Carribean Poker suggestion tool

Hi all, I am looking for a person that will develop a Caribbean Poker game suggestion tool. This tool should have a configuration menu where you can configure various parameters for the game, such as the number of decks of cards used in the game, the exact variation of rules used in the game, etc. What the tool should do is that it would let the user input the dealer's open card, the (one or more) player/s 5 open cards and it should tell the user what to do. Either Fold, Place the BET, etc. Most important is that the tool would be accurate. It should decide what to do by running a very large simulation of the inputed situation OR by doing another sort of calculation. For this, I need someone who has done something similar or has the good mathematical skills. I am a programmer myself, so if you can develop the core application/dll that would get the input situation and decide what to do, but cannot do the User Interface, we can work together with you to tie everything up (i.e: i would like to hear from you). ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
