I was wondering if I could get a bid for some updates to the project we worked on previously. (Access database)
New functionality:
Add new column "Hours".
When closing a project, add a close button instead of "closed" in the drop down menu. Close button would then pop up a box to request how many hours were spent on that project , save the hours entered and set the project to closed.
Add a queue choice "Main Queue", "Personal", and "Maintenance". Maintenance requests will no longer be in the "Main queue", but this new "Maintenance" queue.
Additional Report choices for Managers:
Projects by Business Unit
Projects by Requester
Projects by Technology
All Projects by Hours
Projects by Type (Normal then Maintenance, sorted by Hours)
Form Changes:
Change Title to drop down choice box: "Client", "Manager", "TS1", "Designer", "Developer"
Change the Requester and Project Business Unit text boxes to drop down choice box:
"Credit", "CSO", "MS", "Fraud", "Other"
Change Requester Location box to drop down choice box:
"PHX", "SLC", "GSO", "FTL", "Other"
"Delivery Date" changed to "Project End Date". This also needs to accept past dates. Currently it gives you an alert if the date is in the past.
Change Technology radio buttons in the project form to Check boxes, to allow multiple choices. Displayed on queue page with abbreviations. (H, F, C).
Remove Technology choice from Maintenance type projects. Replace with 4 new boxes: "Curriculum", "Course", "Lesson", "Topic". These boxes should be able to accept long text entry.
Misc Changes:
Change "Deadline" to "Project End Date" in the queue display. If it does not fit, can abbreviate it.

Will upload file on winning bid. This needs to be a fairly quick turn around.
